always courteous and helpful, it's not their fault that they're extremely busy and usually have a long line of overly demanding customers
Very rude, lacking in customer service capabilities. They sent me away twice & misinformed me on both occasions. They delight in turning customers away. Management needs to clean house. Hard to believe what they get away with in a PAID position.
I've always had excellent service here. I drive 1/2 hour as the office in my area sucks.
I go in here often and have always had amazing and fast service. Anyone leaving a bad review has never been to a DMV in California and waited in line for four hours. Keep up the awesome work NC Plate Agency Aberdeen!!
Visited numerous times for many reasons. Better customer service and attitudes than any DMV, and I have been to locations in many states! Even when there is a long line, they usually move fairly quickly. They are also able to answer any question I have had thus far.
