I tried calling all morning only to be left on hold. I finally took a cab there to get my license reinstated only to wait over 2 hours to be told my online payment for a seatbelts ticket was not posted yet. I had made the payment that morning online. The guy told me " you should of called prior to coming " ... I DID call... Then sent $30 on cab rides because nobody answered then waited fir nearly 3 hours to be told to come back tomorrow. By far the worst customer experience ever. 3 people working and a full office/waiting area. Its times like this make me fear having government in heath care...they can not even handle a simple payment and picture taking... If this was a private business, they would be closed or beat by better competition. This office is a joke. I do not even blame the employees...they are way understaffed in a system that is outdated . reminded me of the early 90s in Virginia. You guys are way behind the curve
Had no problems. Long wait but I did NOT have an appt. so that might be expected. Examiners were curtious.
My experience at this DMV was excellent. The people working there were very nice, extremely orderly and professional. If you have your paperwork in order you will not have any problems. The whole process to get my daughters operators license including wait time was approximately 45 minutes. In my opinion this was very reasonable, I know people who have spent 6 hours waiting in other DMV locations.
It was ok just wanted my licence renewal so didnt really much care about anything else
Need more staff at this location. Only 2 employees working with a waiting room full of people. However they are courteous.
