Go in every once every few years... cannot re-new online and I spend anywhere between 2 to 4 hours waiting. This has been the case for the past 4 renewals, not a one-time fluke.
Ridiculously rude for no reason! Mr. Freeman, in particular, was hopeless. The staff at the counter are basically an obstacle. I am ashamed that they can be so mean to people in crisis. Mr. Freeman makes others announce their crises or penalties they received in front of the crowded office and then gives only "yes" or "no" options and has no intent to help. His service (if you can call it such), can be replaced by a kiosk.

Absolutely horrible! The lady I got was extremely rude for no reason. She mumbled my information fast and I only caught that my height and address was wrong. She then processed my information on the screen and when I informed her my hair color was wrong she mumbled again "I wish people would listen" then continued to talk about me in front of me. Furthermore she made it out as huge deal to change this pointless information then argued with me about my hair color! Not to mention her attitude towards the lady on the phone.
