The staff and Doctors are wonderful and always smiling and caring about my pets! Really compassionate when it is time for one of my babies has to go over the rainbow bridge. This means a lot to me!
I cannot imagine taking my animals anywhere else. From their first visit with the vets (who are ALL wonderful) to their last day on earth, the animals are treated with dignity, love, and respect. The vets are all wonderful consultants who communicate well with their patients' humans. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that their patients' people are well informed, and that do everything that they can to treat them.
Best veterinary office in Moore County hands down. Staff is very knowledgeable and the doctors take great care of our pets. When it comes to diagnostics, they leave no stone unturned. The staff was especially comforting and professional when it came time to put Pabst to sleep. These people are fantastic and I highly recommend them.
I had to have my beloved cat put to sleep, and EVERYONE from the receptionists, to the vet tech, to Dr. Whitehead was loving, kind, and compassionate. Their love of the animals who they treat is apparent in every single interaction.
I've been at Pinetree since 2001. Most recently, they responded quickly (twice) when my dogs got in trouble late in the day. Staff is always personable, knowledgeable, and responsive.
