I've been taking my dogs to Banfield for over 10 years and have their pet health insurance. I called the other day about them seeing my dog because of health issues and was told that they wouldn't see my dog that I should take her to the emergency clinic. What is the purpose of paying for the health insurance and being loyal then when you actually have an issue they want you to go somewhere else. If I had the money to just go to an emergency clinic I wouldn't have been paying the insurance to start with. Seems that they are all about the money and not about the health of the pets anymore. Last visit with them was a comprehensive exam and vaccinations for 2 dogs. Was in and out in less then 10 minutes. How comprehensive can 2 exams be when you do 2 dogs in that amount of time.
