This is not a "5 star hotel" but it is a quality place to stay for those on a budget. I will definitely return to this hotel when showing in Pinehurst.
Nice clean rooms. Kind of small though. Didn't eat breakfast. They have laundry next to couple restaurants.
I was in Pinehurst for a horse show at the Pinehurst Harness Track. This location was conveniently located near a plethora of stores and restaurants. There is actually a Ruby Tuesday's in the front parking lot.The front and back parking lots were spacious and well lit. The rooms were clean and have modern furniture and appliances. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were several breakfast options that were tasty.
The mattress was excellent, best ever! There were 4 fluffy pillows - just right for me to read in bed. The room and bath were very clean with nice decor. It was quiet and I felt safe as I came and went, from early in the day to late at night. Will stay here again.
Bathroom was mildewed & dirty. The ceramic tile doesn’t look clean. Carpet not vacuumed well. Breakfast is not good either.
About 2am I woke to an incredible amount of light coming through and around the window blinds. At first I thought SWAT must be outside getting ready to kick in a door but no just the normal lights. To emphasize how bright the lights are the peep hole in the door has a steam of light coming from it blazing right through the room. I feel like Kramer on Seinfeld. "Kenny? Kenny?" Only Kenny is still outside. I called the front desk and they say that they "don't control the lights. Choice Hotels does." My three children have woken up multiple times tonight. Thanks quality inn. It's now 3:45am.
