Loved my experience at the aberdeen mattress firm. They were very patient with us even when we took close to an hour! They were very kind. He gave us our space and never hovered over us as we were looking around. He was able to answer all our questions and guide us to a mattress that best fit our needs. I will def be going back here and recommend that others go here as well. You will not be disappointed.
Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining mattress types and how they are built. Best of all there was no sales pressure. I really appreciated his help and effort to help us find exactly what we had been searching for.
My mattress was 12 years old and I decided it was time for a new one. My number one criteria was that my new mattress had to be memory foam. I wandered into Mattress Firm in Aberdeen where I had plenty to choose from which was a plus. The downside was the price tag...Wow. Prices had changed considerably since I had last shopped for a mattress. I was encouraged by the staff to stay as long as I wanted and to take my time testing out all the mattresses. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me find the right mattress for me. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Even though I felt a little uneasy about the cost, I decided to go for it. Let me tell you....my mattress was worth every penny. I LOVE it. I've had it for close to four months now and I use it for everything...my office...my TV room....my art room....my kitchen table...I'm on my Mattress Firm memory foam mattress right now writing this review. I made an excellent choice. Delivery was easy. Also, Mattress Firm honored their word. They said, if my mattress went on sale after I purchased it. They would give me a refund to match the sale price....and they did. They even gave me a feel gift for a small glitch that happened during the refund process. The glitch seemed to concern them more that it did me. Great Staff....Outstanding Quality Mattresses. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Aberdeen
