Had to return a router due to lighting strike. The sales representative made return ticket quickly. Looked at replacement with the help of another sales representative he was very helpful with that and other equipment I bought
It was a great experience. I didn't have to wait too long for someone to come and help me with my purchase. The gentleman who helped me checkout was very polite and talkative and he worked fast! All pluses in my book!

Great sales on electronics. Matched all of the amazon prices. Have great refurbished deals and all of the home computer and electronic needs. I was impressed.
This store was much smaller than I am used to. It was also very short staffed. I came to make a sizeable tv purchase and stood around waiting for almost a half hour. When they helped load it, they laid it on it's side which the manufacturer said is a no no. There was damage when I opened it, and all they could say was bring it back. I don't own a truck. A friend helped me. It's a 70" tv. It ain't going in my car. When I got around to calling the manufacturer, they said it was user damage and voided the warranty on all of it.
None of the soundbar displays I tried worked (tried three samsung soundbars) , tried to buy a Bose soundbar, they wouldn't price match Crutchfield, despite what they advertise.
