Competitive pricing, and willing to work on non-standard equipment. As a Jeep owner that doesn't run stock tire sizes, there are a number of folks that won't even do a simple mount and balance for me. Thomas will, and without charging and arm and a leg.
Great guys to do business with. Bought two tires at Wally world which did not get balanced and when we bought two more from these guys they balanced all four and they were cheaper than Walmart. Thanks guys.
I've purchased tires here for 8 years, and have always loved the friendly crew and service, reasonable prices, and relatively quick turn around, especially with flat tire repairs. Over the past 12-18 months they seem to have hired a new shop manager who very aggressively pushes the upsell for additional services (tune ups, filters, alignments, brakes, shocks, etc.). They never used to do this, and when they did, it was for very legitimate reasons. I hate this new aggressive approach for up-sells, and it is leading me to consider going somewhere else.
My husband and I were traveling to Florida from Ohio when we had an issue with our van. We went to Thomas Tire first thing in the morning when they opened at 7:30 am. That was very convenient. The staff was great. They diagnosed the issued and had it repaired so that we could get back on the road by 9:00 am. The price was great also. We were very pleased with the entire service.
