I have been going to DG's auto service for 5 years, and while I happened to just luck into it, I can't believe how lucky I am. Dennis and his team take phenomenal care of my vehicles and always work within my budget. They are respectful and take me seriously, which, as a woman who drives both a truck and an (import) sportscar, is very important to me. I have never once felt as though I was not being listened to.
In short use him for all of your repairs. You won't regret it!
Dennis is my go to guy for my extremely big repairs on my 95 Honda Accord. I've had several huge repairs from him starting with my ECU Unit followed by my A/C and most recently my motor mounts.

The only thing I will say is that he does take him a little bit longer to repair vehicles vs. other places due to him being a 2 man operation. But what you pay for in turn around time you get back in a car that is actually repaired properly! I should know since I speak from experience.
Dennis ALWAYS makes sure to explore all options for me in order to save me money and not impact my life.
The story goes that my first huge problem with my Accord was the car wasn't starting properly. After lots of frustration going around town trying to find someone to actually find the problem I went to Dennis and after a few days he found exactly what the problem was! The ECU burned out on the car and also burned out all of the other relays in the car making my car act very weird.

After my ECU and relays got replaced my car's A/C exploded. This was due to the extreme heat we were having in the summer and my car couldn't take it. Other people around town apparently didn't detect what happened after it failed but Dennis found out it was the compressor and A/C ECU being burned out as well. Dennis repaired that as well and he did more than an exceptional job on that!
They are communicative, fast, and can fix pretty much anything I throw at them.
What I take away from Dennis is that he is able to find things that are wrong in a car and repair them with a high degree of accuracy in both quality and cost. I highly recommend him in case your car happens to have a very hard to diagnose issue. He will find the issue and repair it!
Excellent service
Honest and trustworthy. Two qualities that are hard to find these days. My vehicle has quite a bit of miles on it and destined for things to go wrong. I will drive a half an hour just to bring my car to DG's. I am a single lady with no automotive experience and would typically be the classic 'easy target' at many automotive repair shops. Dennis never tries to sell me things that I don't need, and I appreciate that more than anything. I value his kindness and professionalism. I get great service at a fair price and my car is finished the same day. I drive away feeling like I got my money's worth. In my opinion, DG's Tire and Auto is by far the best around!
My most recent repair on 1/13/2015 was for the motor mounts. Since I have an old car the motor mounts recently broke and yet again Dennis found the issue and repaired it as well!
