I have worked with , for as well as around Elite roofing for close to ten years now . I myself am a roofer and have been all my life . I have never met an individual as motivated and business minded as Tony . Every detail has to be at a level of perfection that most cannot even attain , right down to the paperwork . I've always been impressed and he definitely has set the standard by which all roofers should follow . You will not find a more professional outfit ...period
They have terrible customer service. Took six months to put our roof on once we purchased it. They also left a hammer on our roof and after calling several times they never show up. It's slowing rusting away on our roof. Would not recommend they do not care for the customer at all. All for themselves.
I would never use this company again or recommend them even if a ceiling was falling in. The owner of the company is completely disparaging of women and refuses to fix a leak in the roof we paid to be installed. He was 6 months late on installation and demanded cash payment on the spot without ever calling to say he was finally going to install. After repeatedly calling with concerns about a spreading water stain after installation, I was belittled and he refused to admit the fault was their work. I have waited months for the problem to be resolved so I did not make a review that was unwarranted. Now, we will be filing an insurance claim and a BBB claim. Very, very sad.
I hired Elite roofing to re-roof my house and could not be more pleased with the outcome.They showed up when they said they would and were finished in one day...The only sign left that they had been here was my new roof,no nails or other debris left anywhere.I would recommend them without hesitation.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace or do simple repairs on their roof.
