This place is not what you think it is. I'm 95% sure it's a front for a drug enterprise - akin to Los Pollos Hermanos in Breaking Bad. The service is slooooooow and the food is not worth waiting for. Cold and bland. I've definitely seen some package-for-money deals in the dining room and parking lot. Avoid this place if you want a burger. But if you want a gram, then...
Came thru the DT. Asked for a #1 meal with no onions and pickles and a small Sprite, a double cheese meal with a large raspberry iced tea. The drinks were large sprite, small raspberry iced tea. Food; my whopper had onions and pickles and my fries were missing. The manager corrected the problem but there was no apology. The DT person didn't repeat the order. That could have prevented the problem. BK, you have one more chance to get it right. I may return, but the manager needs to be grateful to have customers. As a manager for over 20 years with McDonald's, I know that customers can make or break your business. Especially since social media and the many choices we have (places to eat) plays an important part in the success of a business.
One of the best drive thru experiences I have ever had. Very polite and order is correct.
Second time here in 3 months. One star last time, same again this time. 4:30, customers at 3 tables and one to go order in front of me. Whopper, small fries and small drink to eat in the store, pretty easy (one would think). 10 minutes later I gave up, the folks at one table were waiting 20 minutes for onion rings that they had ordered but were given fries. BK, if this is a BK owned store you shoud close it. If it is franchisee, you need to fire your staff or send them to Chick-fil-A or Smithfields for service training (or Bojangles directly across the street which is what I did). Those folks get it, yours do not. You have plenty of staff, just the wrong people.
There will not be a third time for me at this store and it makes it unlikely I would go to any BK in the future.
