Was told that because I ordered a veggie sub I wasn't allowed to get any of their freebies on it. Tried to charge me a dollar for three little pieces of hots and oregano even tho neither one comes on the sub and both are on the freebies list. Also told me on another occasion that they don't cut subs in half even if asked... seriously? Love jj. But this one sucks.
TLDR: Avoid this JJ and go to one of the many other chain sandwich shops or mom and pop delis in the area.
Cleanest place in town. Very nice workers, my deliveries always come fast!
Pros: their jimmy chips still taste good and in an apocalypse their stores might provide temporary edible sustenance for survivors.

I love Jimmy Johns in general but I will never eat at this location again. They consistently mess up orders and their ingredients have tasted "off" on a couple occasions.
I personally love Jimmy John's and have been ordering from here for years. That is until this week when they decided my office that is 1.3 miles and only two turns away is "outside of our delivery radius", even after ordering from there all this time. I'm sorry, but that means this Jimmy John's literally can deliver nowhere in Southern Pines or Pinehurst which essentially makes this Jimmy John's worthless for the majority of the area. Pro tip Jimmy Johns, go the extra quarter mile.
These folks never fail to live up to their motto of speed. The sandwiches taste fresh from the bread to the meat to the lettuce. Avacado spread is delicious! And everything is to order the way you want it. Chips are a crunchy treat as well with a flavor for everyone. Fast delivery is a big deal especially for busy work days...and it's nice that quality does not suffer for it. Yum!
