We came in at 8:25 pm tonight, on a Friday, and was told we could not start laundry as they close at 9. The sign says, last customer in at 9 and that they close at 10. The lady working told us we were wrong on what the signs say and that she knows what her hours are. Really?!?! because all signs on the door say one thing and she wants to say another. Horrible business. Will not go back there!
Paid 95 cents/pound to have our laundry washed and folded while on our golfing trip. Great bargain.
Great date day with the hubby on our day off taking care of the dog laundry!!
The place is dirty. The management is terrible and they will lock the doors early so be careful.
I Went there. Very rude workers. One of their washers wasn't working and they accused me of not people money in it. Really??? $1.75. Not quite. I moved my clothes and both employees said " we can't refund you". I don't care about $1.75, it's just terrible customer service to accuse someone like that. They have cameras, they wouldn't watch them or give me the owners number. Rude and unprofessional. Never will give that place another dime of my $. The owner needs to hire workers who can interact with customers.
