Rachel the owner has no phone manners. The owner Dawn had set it up with me to have my hair done for a photo shoot and now she can't get me in for 3 weeks! I can't even get in for a consultation! The other one said she is booked 3 months out! So if you are told something, don't could on it being the truth and if you need you hair done by two of the only people their that even know how to do hair don't plan on getting in their "schedule" any time soon. She told me she would do my hair for the shoot and now can't fit me in! DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENTS MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME AND DONT PLAN ON GETTING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNERS!
I've been getting my hair done by Autumn Yow for years. I just love her! She is an amazing stylist and a genuinely nice person. Everyone at the salon is always so friendly, and the salon is always very clean and we'll kept!!
I have been going to Studio Elite for over 7 years and I absolutely love them! Everyone is always so nice and they always get me right in. Kris who does my hair has made special arrangements to come in early and has just really helped me out working around my crazy work schedule.They have exceptional customer service and Rachael at the front desk is so sweet and always willing to help a client in any way that she can. All of the ladies have been very friendly and I just couldn't imagine going to anyone else!
