I've never experienced such horrendous customer service in my life. If we were not strapped for time to furnish our rental property we would of walked out. The salesperson was disinterested at best and seemed annoyed that we came in 45 minutes before closing time.
Visited this store many time before being ready to purchase. Greeted well and had all questions answered with no pressure to buy. Fell in love with a living room set and researched other furniture options outside of the area (since this seems to be the only place to buy new around here) and could not find anything else better for the price. Have had the furniture for a few months now and still Loving it. Rating four stars as there happened to be some issues in delivery, however, costumer service and quality of the living room set were top notch. Will definitely be shopping here again!
Another couple came in after us, close to closing time. I overheard the other salesperson tell them that she would only help them for the next five minutes that they were closing at 7pm.
Nice furniture selection with hit and miss customer service. Be sure to double check any paperwork filled out when buying as what the sales associate says and what the print says often don't match. This could have cost me several hundred dollars if I had not caught it early.
If you are looking for great customer service DO NOT come here. My wife and I searched the store for 30 minutes looking for a bedroom set. One employee asked if we needed help. We asked one question employee answered and walked away. We went during the 24 month no interest charges. After we selected our set by ourselves. We went to the counter 3 employees there, dear manager save money if this is the customer service expected. She said oh you don't qualify we can only do 12 months interest free. Thinking okay fine we want it. Later my wife read the fine print and said oh you just have to spend $1500 to get 24 months. We were $200 from getting it we spent $1300. We gladly would have gotten another nightstand or spent more there to get the 24 months. The lady at the counter didn't say anything, just hurried us out and ushered us along. Wish there was another place to buy furniture in the area.

It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of her. When asked about other beds, she pointed to the corner of the store and said we could go look over there.
