Taking a child to any doctor is not an easy task, but this was above and beyond.

It is very unfortunate because Dr. Bartiss is so wonderful.

Dr. Barttis is great at what he does; I appreciate the the service. On a more negative note. I didn't like the way he showed his frustration with my daughter. I live atleast an hour away. To drive there and back as much as we (had )to was a strain - But thanks for perfecting your skill.

All of my physicians are in Moore County, which is a 45 minute drive for me. This is the only office I have difficulty trying to get in touch with staff and getting staff to return phone calls. I finally drove to the office the past Friday and was there by 8:15am. The door was locked and it said staff meeting in progress. I could not stay and could not come back. And again could not reach anyone by phone. I stay because I really like my doctor. The staff is great in person. But customer service by phone needs a lot of improvement. Calls shouldn't take over two weeks to be returned. I work at night and can't call every day!

Amazing with kids . Very friendly staff.

Dr. Bartiss is a wonderful doctor!! He was absolute amazing with my son. However, the rest of the staff, not so much. From the time we walked in at our appointment time to the time we left, two hours had passed! We did not get called back until 45 mins past our appointment time! Then the nurse was very short, had a lack of patience with my son and a bad attitude. Yes, he was cranky because he was sitting in the waiting room for so long, but she did nothing to help the situation. Her lack of patience and attitude made the situation so much worse. Causing me to become stressed. After, the nurses got the dilating eye drops in his eyes we continued to wait for an hour to see the doctor.

Dr. Bartiss- The best of the BEST! He was wonderful with our daughter that was terrified of the eye dr from past bad experience with drops. He did a wonderful job with surgery on her eyes, he performed Strabismus and Hypertropia surgery on her. Her eyes are holding wonderfully! We moved hours away and still traveled for follow ups with him.
