CarolinasDentist was my first dentist since moving back to the area. I must admit I was a little hesitant because I loved my old dentist. But as it turns out, my experience was extremely hassle free. I called for an appointment and got the time and date I wanted - only 3 days later. It might have been sooner if I hadn't needed a 7am appointment. I showed up, filled out the required paperwork (I could have done it online) and was called to be seen within minutes. The Dentist greeted me, introduced himself, and the other staff that I would be dealing with that day. Then he sat down and we talked for a few minutes (something he does with all new patients) and then the rest is history. They seem to have all the latest equipment and the exam/cleaning was straight forward and drama free. Before I left, my hygienist gave me my free whitening kit, and made my next appointment in the same room I was seen. I didn't even have to check out at the front desk. Highly recommended, and hope their relationship with my family will endure. Did I mention have have evening hours too?
Front desk staff were friendly and attentive! Dental assistant was amazing and personable! The doctor was kind and honest! Check out with Wendy was again friendly and thorough! Thanks for a great experience!

A little bit higher turnover the past couple of years but no complaints w the dental assistant for my cleanings. They do tend to push extra services and products. Scheduled 6 months in advance and they’re very good at working you in if your schedule changes.
They are always nice and make you feel comfortable. Another great service provided by the staff. I just wish my insurance was going to be accepted in 2018. I'm comfortable with the staff.
