I will never visit this place or any other non-touchless car wash ever again.
If you have an older car/truck and just like it clean, don't have rare classic with original paint, don't have a brand new car, they did a good job and their post wash spray wax actually works, as it was obvious that water beads more on the body since the wash.
Will share why it's not 5 stars later.
Usually I would have avoided this car wash entirely because it's not touchless, and I wanted to keep our new truck's unique paint finish spotless, but I knew I risked it by going here. We are new to the area and I had no choice as our schedule was tight visiting family and I needed to pick some place.
Unfortunately the car was left with thousands of micro scratches throughout the the body. It's obvious as well from the patterns, as to which brushes and fabrics did the damage. This isn't something that is only the fault of this car wash, but ALL car washes with brushes and fabrics (non-touchless car washes)
A very convenient car wash prices are decent. In some cases, great!
I will now have to buff all this out for several hours to recover the original finish.
They are usually good unless busy and then you get a rushed job when you pay for the WORKS. EXTREMELY Disappointed! Don't know if I'll go back for $38.00 to still have a dirty car with no armour. Etc..
They did a great job cleaning the inside and outside overall very pleased. Missed a few spots, nothing to complain about but the reason for 4 stars.
Staff was friendly, honest and helpful. Only did the exterior wash. Hoped to get the underbody cleaned because we arrived after a long drive from Connecticut and wanted to wash the fresh salt from underneath. Unfortunately they don't clean the underside.
I usually have great service and everyone is so polite. I just bought a new car and after a month or so I wanted to just get it all nice and clean and get all the bugs off the front , yada yada. So I went and got the works which is what I normally get. Now the guy took forever cleaning it out and normally that’s means it’s a detailed job. But after I got in I noticed streaky windows and fuzzy dash. And then upon arriving home I checked the front and noticed that it was still covered in dead bugs (not fresh ones) and I was just utterly disappointed. To say it put a distate in my mouth Is an understatement.
