Excellent customer service, i came back from an overseas service tour in Korea and needed a car before i reported to my new duty station. My credit was pretty bad and they still found a way to get me approved at a good rate and with the car i wanted. Art my sales man and Sloan the sales manager went out their way and i really appreciated. Love how my Honda civic rides, and will certainly come back in the future for my next car. Highly recommend this place!

I had recently brought a certified car, 2016 Honda Civic Touring, from Leith Honda Aberdeen dealership and it’s was a nightmare! UPDATE: Sloan, Sales Manager, ended up speaking with me and making things right! I appreciate everything he has done! I love my NEW 2017 Honda Accord! Art was extremely friendly I would highly recommend him and Mike was awesome as well! I was disappointed that my original salesman didn’t apologize instead everyone else apologizing for him that’s my only complaint. Overall, they shown me I matter as a customer and cared about my satisfaction.
Go see Art Gatling! I have purchased cars for myself, my children, my Mother, and my Mother-in-law from Art. This man has the patience of a saint when it comes to cars sales. On my most recent trip to purchase a new car for my Mother (who will be 80 years old next month) he took extra time to set the car up 100% for my Mother to feel comfortable and explained every feature to her as well. He truly cares about his customers and does not push you out the door with a new car. The fact that I have purchased at least 1 car a year from him for the past 5 years Is plenty for a review.
I purchased my Honda CR-V there about a month ago. It was my first time buying a car and the experience was horrible. It literally took us 7 1/2 hours. Our salesman, Andy, was helpful and knowledgeable. I know he couldn’t help the rest of the experience. However, the financial manager, Travis, was rude and pushy. I am extremely happy I went with my better judgement and avoided financing through Honda. Just a very disappointing experience and I dread the day I have to purchase a new car. Thank you for that!
