Pretty laid back Starbucks, they sometimes prioritize the drive through over their in store customers. But they do a good job and normally get your drink out quickly! Friendly staff!
Was double charged at this location. Caught it on my account while still in the store and asked the manager about it. Her response was "its only 5 extra bucks". Really? So i just paid 10 dollars for a watered down latte and its fine with you? No apology, no offer what so ever to fix it just a snide remark and an eye roll. Disgusting.
I rarely go to this Starbucks and this morning I was reminded why. This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. The drive thru always takes upwards of ten minutes. There was a line of cars going out around the curb. I went inside thinking that it would be much faster. I was incorrect. I left without placing an order after I stood in line for almost ten minutes, because I realized that it would be several minutes longer before I received my coffee. I was third in line and never made it to the register. They supposedly had two registers going, but apparently they could only operate one at a time. I'm usually very forgiving because I'm sure it is a thankless job, but it's every time. I've used the mobile app, and I assure you, it's no faster. The staff really need to learn to work together as a cohesive team. I don't know many people who have 20 minutes to wait for coffee.
On the small side, this little coffeehouse makes a good cuppa with or without all the froo froo, as you wish. Glad to have one within a few stones' throw although I don't go often. Good place to meet up with friends, new and longstanding.
